Returns

We accept returns only in specific cases to ensure a fair process for both our customers and our team.

You may request a return if any of the following conditions are met:

  • The product arrived defective or damaged
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product has a functional fault

In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.


❗ Important Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must include its original packaging
  • It will be necessary to provide evidence (photo or video) of the problem

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


🚫 Cases where returns are NOT accepted

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or purchase decision
  • Improper use of the product
  • Normal wear and tear from use
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Errors in the address provided by the customer

🚚 Return Costs

  • In case of a defective product or an error on our part: we cover the costs
  • In any other exceptionally approved case:
    👉 The customer must cover the return shipping costs

  2. We will review your case within 24-48 hours
  3. If applicable, we will provide you with instructions for the return or solution

💰 Refunds

Once the case is approved:

  • A free replacement or a partial or full refund will be offered, as appropriate
  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method
