Returns
We accept returns only in specific cases to ensure a fair process for both our customers and our team.
You may request a return if any of the following conditions are met:
- The product arrived defective or damaged
- You received an incorrect product
- The product has a functional fault
In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
❗ Important Conditions
For a return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- It must include its original packaging
- It will be necessary to provide evidence (photo or video) of the problem
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
🚫 Cases where returns are NOT accepted
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or purchase decision
- Improper use of the product
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Damage caused after delivery
- Errors in the address provided by the customer
🚚 Return Costs
- In case of a defective product or an error on our part: we cover the costs
- In any other exceptionally approved case:

- We will review your case within 24-48 hours
- If applicable, we will provide you with instructions for the return or solution
💰 Refunds
Once the case is approved:
- A free replacement or a partial or full refund will be offered, as appropriate
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method
